Description:

To be fitted as extra protection on stainless steel enclosures. The roof is slightly sloped and has a dripstrip.

Material:

1.5 mm stainless steel AISI 304 / AISI 316L.

Finish:

400 pre-grained stainless steel.

Features

Feature:

Stainless steel rain hood for stainless steel floor standing enclosures.

Advantage:

The rain hood is mounted on top of the enclosure and provides shelter via a sloped roof. The rain hood features a drip strip that protects the enclosure's door gasket from the accumulation of water.

Benefit:

The rain hood protects installed components from water as it removes the risk of accumulated water on top of the gasket, dripping into the enclosure when the door is opened.

Comment:

Rain hoods are not compatible with bayed enclosures.
